Come and join this friendly class which involves gentle movements and increases flexibility and fitness. We are joined by David Lowe one of the Zumba Boys. Great fun class for all.
Come and meet, tap your feet and swing your hips at this easy going class. Tues 7.15pm-8.45pm £3
Strictly Sequence Dancing. Social Sequence Dancing, good music, good company. All dancers welcome, old favourites and new dances. Suitable for beginners, brushing up or just having fun. Friday 1.45pm—3.45pm

The Forever Young Club is for older people in the Stenhouse, Saughton Mains and Whitson areas. Our aim is to provide quality care and activities for the elderly which include bingo, dominoes, quizes, discussions, Reminiscence, crafts & trips.

65+ Meet others in a warm, friendly group and try activities such as: Dominoes, playing cards, crafts, social history, darts, Guid fer a laugh, fun with Scots language, reminiscing, carpet bowls, seated exercise, films, flower arranging, gardening or tell us what you would like to do. Also trips to: Museum of Scotland, Dean Village, Botanic Gardens, Ten Pin Bowling, Saughton Park, Water of Leith and much more. Come have a bowl of soup, cup of tea & a biscuit.
